Yeah, How entitled of them to want FUCKING CUSTOMERS TO CATER TO. It’s not like games are FUCKING PRODUCTS.

People are breaking the law to play just about any game on the PC. Nonetheless, you said “Wow I can’t believe you can legally play this game on PC.”, when you can, in fact, play this game legally on PC. Your original statement led me to believe that you didn’t understand the legality of emulation.
So long as the game you are emulating is one you legally own and you didn’t illegally download the ROM, then as far as I know this is legal.
I understand your point. I don’t disagree that it’s more interesting to see him in different settings. I just think it looks shoddy. The art direction doesn’t look cohesive with the rest of the game. And nintendo, specially flagship Mario games are usually known for their polish and consistency.
He can be bounding…
hahaha fanfiction
Right. Mario game being set in actual Mario World, is fan fiction.
Who gives a fuck about Mario in NYC? No one actually considers Mario an NYC character, He’s a mushroom kingdom character. He hasn’t been dipicted doing anything related to New York in fucking 30 years.
My problem wasn’t Mario in a city…
Uh except...They actually did work. I saw it with my own eyes. Here’s the video I recorded of it having the glass casing removed and a video of Titanfall 2 being played on the three screens. Where do you get your information?
Of course, everyone who paid for Talos Principle can get out of it just fine.
"The point was to let his son ..."
This is weird and pretentious. I like games as much as the next guy, but this is the same shit as pushing your kid into the sports you played to relive your own memories.
If I paid for a product, I damn well expect to get said product when it comes out. And in lieu of said product, I expect a refund. That's not entitlement, that's BUSINESS.
if i paid for it YES THE FUCK I AM. But since nobody knows yet we'll just wait it out.
No, it wouldn't be okay to steal it, but producing an unauthorized copy for personal use is morally debatable. Using loaded terms like "steal" with no legal or physical resemblance to the topic at hand is always unethical, though.
Ah, but gimping the others is justifiable? The console wars are stupid (yes, not silly - stupid. feels more appropriate) but Lurcharad's point is nowhere near valid.
900p vs 1080 is not that horrible and, depending on your display, might not even be noticeable. However, the 30vs60 fps part is so wrong that it's hard to…
Don't be rude. If you read the article, you'll see that it addresses all of your points. "Give it up folks, enjoy your games, let others enjoy their games" is a silly thing to say when publisher's decisions could have a negative impact on how some people are enjoying those games, as this article pointed out.
Have you ever played a movie using a controller or mouse and keyboard?
Didn't think so.
So you didn't have to cope with input lag.
60 FPS is only "the holy grail" because that's what most monitors can display. Because, actually, the higher the FPS, the better. 120 FPS is waaay better than 60. No one can deny that.
You should try reading the article and then commenting again.
I know, right? I mean, when MS and Sony do a super-awesome meta-game as a promotion... oh, right, MS and Sony don't do super-awesome meta-games.
f zero.
Pull Retro off of whatever nonsense they are making and put them to work on Metroid Prime 4 IMMEDIATELY
