The only reason you are saying these things is because you don't have 1080p and 60fps. If you did, you would be right there with us talking about how great it is. But you don't, so suddenly they're just meaningless numbers that people only bring up to seem superior.
I personally see nothing wrong with pirating a game that the developers no longer sell. In the least, maybe buy the Anniversary Edition so the devs at least get money, and then pirate the real version.
