I have a rare autoimmune disease. Progressive, neurodegenerative, and incurable. There is very little research into any treatment and certainly no FDA approved treatments.

My husband is a rotund, bald, bear-like cis-man. His driver’s license reads “Female”. He appealed to DOS to get it corrected, but they just updated their records without issuing a new license.

I am suggesting that unisex bathrooms may be the only place that trans people feel safe using the bathroom.

Trans-issues aside, we generally need more unisex and single user bathrooms.
