10th percentile of which demographic? Per state, that percentile differs from the average nation percentile. Which of course differs if you factor in other countries.

Are they doing anything still that’s interesting with PhysX offloading or is that just all offloaded to CPUs now? They are probably automatics, which have less hp, mandatory electric power steering, and a 4 speed tranny. They command a far less of a premium than the more desirable manuals.
I think you are out of the loop. The only NSXes that are going for 30k are really poor condition or high mileage or over-modded Gen 1s. I used to own one and I’ve been watching the prices climb significantly. The Gen 2s, I’ve seen one at 135K and it was out the door almost instantly.
