I don’t deserve a COTD not by a longshot, but is my name preventing any consideration for the COTD cash and prizes? Or is it that I’m just not an interesting enough commenter? Totally ok with that if that is what it is.

Ok dad sorry love you

Not much snow in Arizona, unfortunately. However a suburb city block is a mile a piece, and there were several to walk.

My dad said he did. I didn’t think it was Santa’s handwriting, but I was just perplexed by the situation in general.

My dad never gave me anything car like. I received food, shelter, access to education until 18 as was legally required - the rest I either worked for it directly, or bought it from him.
Well, ok, I also got a few Christmas presents, including a Bible from Santa.

Before I replaced the exhaust on my now dead NSX I had found that what I thought was an aftermarket exhaust was an OEM exhaust in bad shape with quad tips welded onto the ends. Since it had 3 owners before me (one of which in Canada) I couldn’t know who it was that did that, but it didn’t change the sound, he didn’t

I don’t see a quick death and life insurance payout, I see a 6 month coma which drains all my and my family’s resources while they argue what to do with my living will.

I don’t like most Renaults. This just affirms why I don’t like them. There are a few exceptions.. i don’t hate the F1 stuff, even if it’s not stellar right now.

Pretty handy - not only that, but after the accident they’re in the front seat now.

Based on that data I’m never going to Guinea, much less drive there. But the data between per 100k vehicles and per 100k licensed drivers is not too far off of each other. I don’t want to speculate on that, but re-examining the data the US comes in at 10-12 per 100k licensed drivers.

I’m glad you have the wherewithal to understand what you’re getting into. But much like the people who buy SUVs for “safety” many drivers are still under the impression that the car being bigger and made entirely of steel means they are safe as well.

Based on some research, the US has about ~13 traffic fatalities per 100k population per year, and India (a typical place that might sell a Nano as a scooter alternative) has about 130 traffic fatalities per 100k - 10X! 25% of which happen on two wheelers.

My DD is a modern car, but my 26 year old Acura stood up pretty damn well for a crash at 40.

It’s in the body of the description of the actual YT vid in question, but here is the quote:

I like Mk1 Rabbits a little more than Nanos and I don’t own one of those either for basically the same reason. You’re not wrong, though.

Now playing

So I am like 90% about these little things but I have a slight quibble with where they saved some of the money.

Clearly that says “Waffee kouse,” no?

That seems extremely weird, completely unsurprising for Kinja glitches, and I’m sure you’re reveling in your newfound power. And it’s ok about the stars. I post comments mostly to try and understand the average jalop commenter’s sense of humor and reading preferences.
