Maybe it isn’t complete, yet. Atlus isn’t really a big company so maybe they can’t do a worldwide release. Or they can, but it’ll also delay the Japanese release. What I didn’t understand was Bravely Second’s delay. Maybe SE didn’t put too much resources in it.

Yeah, I didn’t really like Persona 4's main story, especially for that reason. That being said, I thought that the Social Links and other story parts (if that is the right way to describe them, i.e. the school life and trips, etc.) were terrific.

Because it's made there in Japanese first. A worldwide launch would be nice, but it's uncommon we get those with JRPGs.

I hope US gets the same date. If I take off for 2 weeks, I should be able to finish the game before FFXV.

You’re looking into one number waaaaay too much. The game still plays like the others combatwise from what I've both seen and gotten to play. Sure, there are some new ways to change things up, especially for more active players that want to run and gun more, but for those hardcore players that want to methodically

Well, i think people often use the term incorrectly. An opinion is a judgement on a matter thats subjective. (e.g.: is a food tasty) Whether the earth is round or flat is not subjective, its objectively verifiable so its a matter of fact.

You leave my bby Hildibrand out of this.

It’s like I tell my friends when they get pulled over for speeding.

You don’t and shouldn’t have free will to act like a dick and ruin the experience of other players.

I never liked this whole line of thinking. Because it’s too reductive. A game can be good but do stupid things that ruin the mood of it, yet still be solid enough to also make you want to play it.

So, the issue here is, that’s not what immersion is. Immersion does not equal realism. It equates to logical consistency. So a world with bronze-age technology shouldn’t suddenly be building spaceships, and a world of medieval Tolkien-inspired Elves and magic shouldn’t have a bedazzled denim Pokemon jacket.

That's not what his post is about. He doesn't like the out of place mashups. That would be like throwing a chocobo in Dark Souls.

He’s not though. This concerns games with DLC’s in general, not just eastern MMORPG’s, even though those suffer from this more.

The fact that their games never depreciate in price is what kills it for me. I’m a poor asshole. I can’t afford to drop $60 on a game, no matter how much Whooly Yoshi is in the game.

So you hate the N64 because you are a Psone fanboy? What is the sense in that?

Both consoles have great games, both have terrible 3d graphics that haven’t at all translated into a cool aesthetic like 8 or 16 bit eras, they just look bad.

Mind boggling that this far down the road you still refuse to have fun playing

Not at all. Nintendo is fine and all but they won't kill third party. Mario games are fun but they aren't taking anyone away from Skyrim.

My feelings towards Nintendo have transformed to mirror my feelings towards Sega about 10 years ago through today; it subjectively feels like 90% of the things they put out that I’m excited for end up being disappointments. Additionally, Nintendo policies suck, they completely ignore their players, the Wii U in

Nintendo’s tendency to veil their console development in secrecy is starting to make me ask: Why? I don’t mean from an annoying conspiracy theory stand point, I mean is keeping something veiled for so long going to really help them win anyone over?

When either Sony or Microsoft say, “We’re building new consoles,” we

Well a lot of the mistakes of the Wii U wasn’t because of the hardware, it was because Nintendo execs and marketing people have their heads so far up their own asses and think they are breathing clean air in there.

NX probably will repeat a lot of the same mistakes unless they can get some decent third-party support and maybe increase their production of the titles everyone wants (Metroid, Mario, Donkey Kong, etc.). They will still sell a shit ton of them off the bat though because you know the console will be some wild
