I’m a defense attorney but you still get a star :).

Apologies for being pedantic, but that was a GT3, powered by a Mezger engine, not an M96/97 derivative. So, no IMS worries. Plenty of bulldozer worries, however, apparently...

Definitely a Turbo II :(.

You want cheap Tokyo? Here’s how you do cheap Tokyo:

As an FYI, “Youth” is the name of the factory, not the size or style :P.

How does this not have more stars???

Yeah, wtf? I haven’t followed drifting in years. I remember cars looking like our cars did when I took those pics 15 years ago, then massive body kits. Then I tuned out... And now this. I’m confused.

Of all of these, the Blackwell Sports Cars SPR1 is arguably the most cohesive. The one you posted is in mid-build, but the completed cars are very well done, and even the door skins are replaced. Very TVR-ish. Sadly, I’ve inquired and he won’t ship to the US anymore due to some shipping/packaging problems.

Trader Joe’s carries a Lambrusco for like $5 and it’s pretty good. My household has been drinking it for years.

Craig Lieberman had a hand in roping in anyone and everyone with a RHD car into this thing. Dropped it off and it sat on set for a week and then Universal took another

Mine. It’s a red/black DR30 Skyline buried somewhere in that parking garage scene. I’ve never been able to find it :D.

Pillar-less doors are awesome. This is coming from a guy who owned a DR30 Skyline with pillar-less doors :).

A lot of these were the same cars I saw back in 2003/2004, so mostly the latter, I’d say.

The GXi was actually the only one that didn’t have a 6 cylinder. It had a CA18(i) single cam with Throttle Body Injection (not even multi-port!).

Base-model R32 4-doors with OEM hubcaps covering 4-lug wheels are always jarring for people who have no idea that these low-level models exist.

The article also fails to mention other weird completely random car-related bans in Turkmenistan, including:
