Thanks for the info.  My understanding of lead-based paint is that it lasts and looks good for a long time because of chalking, which creates a world of problems, both indoors and outdoors.

When people work for low wages, society steps in with Medicaid, SNAP, and Section 8 housing.  You know, the shit the right wingers don’t want to pay anymore.

Maybe it’s about time the American economy reinvented itself away from cheap labor, because one way or another, someone else pays the price.  Looking at you, SNAP, Medicaid, and any other “government handout” that keeps people alive and somewhat healthy.
