Exactly, my last car was financed for 72 months at 1.4%. I told the dealer if the could beat it or match it i would use theres. We already agrees on price based on financing. The best they could do was 5% at 72 months. That was a MASSIVE savings by being prepared and not shopping on a whim. Thats why i created the…
The best deal i ever got was with my own financing as well, my point was paying “cash” isnt the smartest thing always and to be open and educated enough to know a good deal. Do research and know the rebates, invoice price and apply for outside financing before you go to the dealer so you know what interest rate ball…
Yup, i walked in with 1.4%for 72 months for 100% of the msrp. I told them if they could beat it or match it, i would gladly use their bank. The best they could do was 5% for 72 months with 20% down.
Seriously, if i can buy an in demand just released car for invoice plus 2.5k in rebates, imagine how much cheaper it would be with the manufactures having to subsidize dealership.
So i should pay cash on a 40k car when they offer me 0% for 72 months? My 40k in the worst savings acct i have, 1% will make roughly 400 in interest the 1st year. That is 2400 in interest over 6 years in a basic saving acct.
I used to play games a lot, now not so much. Between work and fixing things around the house.
This reminds of the dougs air conditioning just needs a “recharge”
34500 before ttl fees.
Well, you can borrow my 2015 mustang 5.0 and i will bring the Skyline to a NJ carmax =)
Zero, car brands ive owned in my 13 years of driving.
3 star blood?
So sounds like you should applaud GM for conforming to outdated standards and also giving people a simple out if they want it.
Im not going to lie, after you said its bad for emissions, i stopped reading.
If GM didnt do it, you would be hit with a 2 to 3k gas guzzler tax by the government.
So they controlled supply to raise and lower price?
They alwasy due, i get a statement saying x charged this month, x due which is usually.the last week and a half. I guess its enough because ive been doing it for uears and my credit score is very good.
I guess you have never seen the tax write offs for businesses.
