I think jezebel has taken this guy’s quote out of context. He’s not saying that a woman’s body is not her own; he’s saying that the BABY’s body is not her own. She is hosting the baby’s body inside her own, and that maybe the woman doesn’t have 100% right to decide if that baby lives and dies after she made the CHOICE

I am 100% pro choice; but this sentiment that a fetus biological father has rights should not just be outright dismissed as absurd. Shouldn’t that child’s father have some say in the decision to terminate a pregnancy? I’m saying he should be able to completely veto the mother’s decision - but shouldn’t he be allowed

I’m aware that FA is the pro military rah rah yea America section of the site, but am I the only one who is both surprised and horrified at the thoughts of 45000+ airstrikes in a single year? Especially considering that we technically aren’t at war, and don’t have a specific named state adversary..... This sounds like

“Without an effort by white women especially to make sure those spaces are reflecting the diversity of women and femme people, we’re not going to make the progress we need to.”

I will not judge your situation as obviously I don’t know anything about it - but there are literally millions of deadbeat dads who don’t feel the need to contribute to supporting their children at all. I do know from personal experience that family court is a special kind of hell and I don’t envy anyone who is

Yeah, what a shame that fathers are expected to provide financial support for the people they brought into existence. /s

Torque steer on the focus st is not terrible. Ive driven cars with much worse torque steer problems. The mazdaspeed 3 was horrendous in this department. As were 2nd gen maximas. I agree that torque steer isnt an absolute dealbreaker, and there is a certain appeal to the feel of a tight fwd setup, but i much prefer

Carmax should be your FIRST stop in selling a car - never the last step. Carmax gives you their bottom-line price right up front, so you know there is still plenty of profit in it at that price. Every time I’ve traded in a car, I head to carmax for an “appraisal”; then I go to the place where I will be buying a car

This is so so so right. A few years of thinking this way, and careful spending within a budget could fix many people’s debt problems. But it does take discipline and planning.......which most people seem to lack these days.

Sorry dude.

I use an automatic touchless wash regularly in the winter. Salted roads and freezing temperatures make a touchless automatic wash a necessity. I won’t use a wash with brushes rubbing on my paint but the touchless ones with an undercarriage wash are a lifesaver for 3 months every year.

So, he’s still spent less than a new Nissan versa would’ve cost him? I don’t see the problem here.

Good news is u could drive this truck for 20 years if you take care of it.

Holy shit.

We have a 2010 with 80k and nary a rattle anywhere. They’re built like tanks.

Those aren’t paint markers fyi. Just expensive artsy fartsy prismacolor markers. Basically just regular but expensive markers.

Got my e39 airbag replaced last week.

I had the bag replaced on my e39 last week.

I believe you can go to the octane academy website and register directly. I would do that rather than waiting for a letter. The Google knows the way....

The cars are also lightly modded with upgraded brakes and exhaust. It’s a hoot.
