@For4Fours: This has been how we have been managing our bookmarks.

I use to workout in a small private gym the size of a living room with a camera attached. I tend to use it during odd hours or when am with friends.

I am an occasional gamer and it so happens that the titles I like: God of War series, Fatal Frame series, Devil May Cry series, MK series, and so on are only exclusive to consoles.

I'm guessing it should work too, patiently waiting for my OWC case so I can start experimenting.

This news right after iPad 2 launch, hmmm

Thanks for the link. According to Method 1, it seems it is possible but via USB no info on Firewire though. Guess its trail and error.

Anyone compared this with Transmission on OS X? Is it significantly faster?

Is it possible to install Ubuntu on a different volume connected via Firewire then the one which is currently used to startup?

Yeah I fear if something messes up. I store video content separately. The only content that grows on my OS X startup disk are pictures and music and that is because of Aperture and iTunes.

There sure are lots of choices but I am leaning towards Ubuntu, haven't tried Linux Mint yet though I would like to give it a go. I don't know much about Fedora and Arch, and does seems a bit intimidating for a newbie like me, plus I prefer sticking with the one with highest amount of users and I guess you can't go

For me it is Android after this, preferably LTE Nexus

Is this 10.6 only? Coz it doesn't seem to work on Leopard

I use command + numerals to go to the corresponding tab number on Chrome.

I think as a general os, Linux is great. It works faster and has enough eye candy for even the most diehard Apple fanboy.

Puppy Linux brought my sisters old Acer Travelmate back to live.

Though not as great as HTTPS Everywhere, is KB SSL Enforcer the only option on Chrome?

I knew it was always a good idea to have a backup of my mail, calendar, and contacts. So that contact restoring function baked into Gmail wasn't that useful after all.

I like the Marvel Comics App. The way it smoothly zooms and transitions ala an Adobe After Effect pan across the comic strip gives some sort animated motion effect.
