@be1ge: Using a WiFi Modem on a laptop.

iTunes on the desktop downloads content at a slow rate. I am already on a 4G connection and I have opted to download items one at a time. Is there any other way I can speed this up?

Nike keeps coming up with some interesting fitness apps. I was amused by Nike BOOM's motivational speeches.

@DaveyNC: Thanks for the link Davey, I checked it out. Looks very promising. I like the subtask feature, I don't have that with the free version on Toodledo.

@Flail: The more they delay, the more people will be moving to Chrome.

Over a year ago, when the GTD scene was booming, long before the existence of web based alternatives. I was looking for a GTD solution which I can manage on my phone and desktop and since I didn't have many options, I decided to get Things, based on the reviews I have read. This was the first software I ever bought

I have tried this, Pastefire, and Notifo. I settled with Pastefire because I found it to be the best of both worlds; functionality and simplicity.

This is great, hope it gets as good as the Firefox variant.

This a great tip. I guess I should look into Toodledo API documentation to come up with something similar for adding tasks.

Good luck everyone

Just installed. Like the new UI and features.

@HunterShoptaw: Yes there will be people buying dedicated GPS devices and they will be in the market for sometime but it would be increasingly harder to justify getting something feature packed, constantly improved, and integrated for free when you have to pay for it and maybe even settle for less.

@wild homes loves you but chooses darkness!: I agree with Wild Homes, you better of betting that Apple comes up with its own Mapping system some time soon to rival this. Speaking of which didn't they buy a private mapping company sometime back?

@rheerani: Oh yes Fancy Pants too, really these two seems to be the ones that caught my eye when the Webstore just launched. I notice they do take up resource even when not initiated, guess that speeds up the process if they are launched.

Hmm, I am curious to find out if running apps from the webstore does impact the performance of Chrome, it shouldn't based on the architecture.

@rheerani: I see, I suppose the Firefox AdBlocker Plus disables the downloading of ads from the start.

@Haneyg: I did this and I had interviewers telling me that they can't access my site because it is slow. Everything seems fine to me when I access it via the web though. You will be surprise how much traffic you actually attract.

This is great, thanks Adam.
