Oh. So that’s why the Osmo Pocket and the new Smart Controller are so ungodly expensive.

I actually like it. I think it’s a pretty ideal car for tons of people. Really compact CUVs are pretty darn practical vehicles for a lot of the population now that their gas mileage isn’t that much different than their car equivalents. Let them trade a bit of handling for their preferred height for entry/visibility.

You could be in the Pacific Northwest where people will come to a complete stop before making a right turn on a green light...

Seattle isn’t getting a new NBA franchise anytime soon because the league would rather use them as a cudgel to beat other municipalities with. “You don’t want to build a new arena? Well, let me call up Seattle and see if they have any open dates.”

Public transit is a great thing, when its designed to be mass transit. The seattle monorail was part of the World’s fair exhibition in the 1960s. Its currently a glorified tourist trap. The Chris Hansen deal, happens to be where I-5 and I-90 meet, as well as a major light rail hub.

Fascinating.

The talking point is that they want you to wait in line for hours for the old monorail that doesn’t go anywhere. Conveniently, one of the Oak View Group investors owns it(and is also the Prez or VP at the Port of Seattle). Hence, the huge fight against Chris Hansen and a stadium(100% privately funded) in Sodo.

Now the only problem for the taxpayers is it looks like there’s nowhere to park.

If we’re doing parking lot pet peeves, what about when you park in the north 40, with no cars within 10 spaces, and you come out to still no cars around except for somehow one car parked RIGHT NEXT to you?

It’s truly a shame we’ll never know just how good the Supersonics would’ve been because Clay Bennett III is a lying dipshit.

Seriously, we’d be so much better off if the entirety of the WH press corps was replaced by the Parkland kids.

Just sit right back and you’ll hear a tale
a tale of a fateful trip,
that started from this rain slicked port,
aboard this rocketship.

People in Seattle do not know how to drive in the rain. Traffic is horrendous on rainy days. Also you drop 2 inches of snow on the city, you will shut down the city.

I know you’re simply correcting the location here, but you would assume wrong about Seattleites knowing how to drive in the rain. Every time it rains people here act like it’s the first time they’ve experienced it.

Additionally, Paul Molitor and his less impressive batting resume went in as 3rd baseman but actually played over half his games at DH

Edgar had more impact on games than Hoffman or any other reliever they have voted in, the logical hypocrisy is kind of amazing.

It most certainly does not. Once it clicks off you have to re-trigger the pump by releasing and then pushing it in again. This is either a fabricated story or a malfunctioning pump.

Especially since Frank Thomas went in on roller skates, and he spent a ton of time at DH.

Fucking hell you old farts. Like it or not, the DH is part of the game. Martinez belongs in the Hall.

Bigot president makes bigot policy. All Republicans are complicit. All Republicans must go.
