The insane thing is that he simply should have taken a plea deal, laid low for a year, and it would have blown over. Thankfully though, he and his awful legal team decided to violently fight back as hard as possible, and in the process, completely exposed an unrepentant monster for what he is.

If he really got 10 days notice, he should have said no. What good is a high-profile gig like hosting the Golden Globes if you know you don’t have time to prepare? Sure, it’s the biggest audience you’ve ever had, but most of them are now saying “that guy I never heard of really sucks!”

To be fair, I’ve only seen the Taylor Swift bit, but it really seemed like a run-of-the-mill toothless celeb-roasting joke, albeit with subpar delivery and timing. Taylor’s lack of big reaction doesn’t help; the usual celeb reaction schtick is an overexaggerated bit of laughter or a performative pretense of shock.

Keri Russell and Ray Romano were hilarious together.

As someone who loves mindless celebrity nonesense, I can’t really wrap my head around why anyone feels compelled to talk about a man who hasn’t been culturally relevant in decades being a dick to his girlfriends almost 45 years ago. Like.......why? Why does that need to be dug up?

Marvel just fired him.

i honestly wonder if they’ll even announce anything. the director of ‘the kang dynasty’ has left the project and they haven’t announced anyone new. feels like they can easily say they’ve wrapped his story up and pretend it never happened. seems like they’re setting secret wars up as a universe reset anyway.

I don’t think they even need to. They can, if they choose, pivot to either their already established Kingpin, or bring in Dr. Doom. I know they were planning this next phase around Kang, but Loki did a nice job wrapping that story (if they so choose), so there’s really not much of a need to continue with the

God willing, this “Great Man’s” next gig will be taking food orders.

He’s not curing cancer he’s playing pretend. I get that there’s a lot of pressure when you’re starring in an expensive project, but if you can’t cope with a relationship because of work pressure? Don’t have a relationship.

Everything I have seen so far indicates he is controlling and emotionally abusive at the least. His language in that audio gives me abusive “high quality man” vibes.

I like how instead of saying what exactly Stefanik did wrong they just had her say “I’m bad!” over and over. Commentary!

I was confident George would fold against the union; there’s no way Fellowes of all people is going to treat George like he’s more or less a good guy for a season and a half and then have him brutally shoot a bunch of his own employees. Which is all part of Fellowes’s “oh, the rich assholes in charge might be

The leftwing media is trying to cover up news about Hunter Fieri’s laptop.

So that “bystander crushed to death” bit is because the author realized he didn’t dis the cops quite enough in the regular article.

Alas, Jalopnik goes the way of the others with regard to bashing cops, being hyper-political, and losing readers. Hope it was worth it.

Who is the dumbass that wrote this article?  Bradley Brownell. Ok police like this model and want more. What the hell does his/her personal opinion about cops have anything to do with it? Can’t write a simple article without declaring his burning hatred for police.

It’s got a cop motor, a hybrid engine plant. It’s got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks. It’s a model made after catalytic converters, so it’ll run good on volts. What do you say? Is it the new Bluesmobile or what?

It’s completely uncompetitive in the civilian market with the likes of Highlander hybrids. But since the cops are buying the explorer anyway, this makes sense for their use case.

In terms of biggest bang for the buck for emissions reductions, this makes the most sense.
