Ah, but you couldn't expect me to pass up an opportunity to make a joke about Woody Allen and his wife-daughter. Unlike Ra and the family, I'm only human.

How could anyone stay mad at that face?
He did have a non-evil first wife who was never seen though so it wasn't all bad!
All they're missing is the evil brother and the Klingon Kleavage.
Glad to see that my suggestion of the Ra brood from "Stargate" was taken up! This is by far the proudest moment of my sad little life.
The Ice Warriors and the Native Martians from "Futurama" would be my favourites.
I'm downloading the Librivox audiobook version of "A Princess of Mars" at the moment so here's hoping that I will too!
Good point. I probably should have said "I was asking to find out if they were openly racist" when I replied to you. I've amended it!
Thanks for the info! I'll have to check them out so. It does sound more progressive than I'd expected, to be honest.
Well, I was asking to find out if they were openly racist. If they had been, I doubt that I'd bother reading them. Thanks for the info though.
Pretty cool stuff. I haven't read any of "John Carter of Mars" stories, if I'm honest. Are they really as imperialistic as I've heard and, if so, is it in a downright racist way or a slightly cringeworthy "well, it's a product of its time" sort of way?
In fairness, this is a light-hearted website, not "Scientific American".
The long hinted at but never properly realised romance between Angel and Cordelia on "Angel" was more romantic and they only kissed a few times (mostly in "Waiting in the Wings" where they were possessed by the spirits of dead lovers). If you had taken a page from the Nostalgia Critic's page and made a Top 11 list, it…
The Klingons / Tribble idea sounds like the plot of a great comedic "Star Trek" episode. I don't see it working as a film though.
I'm watching "Dark Skies" at the moment and, honestly, I'm enjoying it much more than the first season of "The X-Files". (I didn't really bother looking at later seasons of the latter, bar the odd episode).
Well, possibly the first known one anyway. My theory is that, in life, he was one of the Three Cave Stooges. Most likely Caveman Curly, everyone's favourite.
I haven't heard a word about them since they claimed that they cloned the baby until now. I'm fairly happy with that state of affairs.
They said the same thing three years ago. I'll believe it if and when he's announced as the Twelfth Doctor.
In spite of numerous attempts, I've never been able to get into BSG. It's just not my cup of tea. Far too dark and depressing for my tastes.
Not that it was much of a choice. I don't recall saying that you could choose more than three candidates under RCV in the San Francisco mayoral election. In any event, it wouldn't have made a difference in the 1990 election as there were only three candidates.
