I haven’t either, though it had more to do with the local Quiznos closing, and being torn down & turned into a Subway (which then closed & moved across the street, with the empty store being turned into a diner...).

Really? Here in Pittsburgh I’ve had them at several local pizzerias and at least one regional chain restaurant.
