I don’t need an app to tell me I’m at LEAST 38% Jude Law!

I think it’s also unfair to assume the technological and societal shifts over a period of time today are the same as those in the 60s and 70s.
The whole concept reads to me as iHeartRadio forcing a pained smile and mumbling about how great these new things called podcasts are through clenched teeth.

Jim Ross is from the town in Oklahoma where I went to elementary school and visited us during peak attitude era (I remember one house in town had a full Steve Austin display with like, a blanket bearing his likeness thrown over their fence and some 3:16's).
Anyway, I didn’t watch wrestling at all, so I had no idea who…
YES. There are some comments on here about it being “laziness” or him having the “privilege” of reviewing games, and while he definitely has (had) an awesome job, it’s still a job, and writing under a deadline is hard work that not just anyone can do. We should probably give more props to the pros who can consistently…
If anything the takeaway here should be that not just anyone can do the game reviewer job, and the wrong person can burn out rather quickly.
But uh, I’m sure we’ll be hearing plenty from the hate squad.
“There is no argument for K-pop more exhaustive than ‘Bad Boy,’”
MY MAN.
Bad Boy is somewhat different for Red Velvet, but I really think they have an above-average number of interesting, well-produced songs.
“Single Ladies is absolutely teeny bopper trash.”
This take is untouchably hot. You’re basically dismissing all pop music at this point.
Sad IU is best IU:
I found this video last week, and it’s *almost* the perfect video to send to my friend to get her to watch Arrested Development, but it gives away the Banana Stand punchline, and I’m not sure that’s worth it.
Don’ say I never did nothin’ for ya.
I kind of agree. I’m a huge Monae fan but listening to Make Me Feel at first (it might grow on me) I wasn’t crazy about it because it’s SO Prince and I am just... not that into Prince. Heresy, I know. The track she did WITH Prince I LOVED, one of the best on an excellent album:
I’m decently excited for it. As a kid I had such a hard time visualizing the book, so seeing such striking visual design makes me interested in this interpretation specifically. One exception was the Camazotz suburb scene, which they nailed. It could wind up a pretty but standard CGI fuckfest, or perhaps that’s just…
Hey c’mon, The 10th Kingdom was five nights and it was on NBC!
So I’m on Mistborn Book 3 where I’m just starting to get a taste of the larger Cosmere (but have been aware of the concept), and it’s kind of insidiously genius. Tying everything together gives readers a reason pick up every new fantasy series he comes out with. He’s so good at creating a mystery of how the world…
I feel like when an indie director with no money does it, it’s resourcefulness, but when Soderbergh does it, it’s an iPhone commercial. Am I wrong to feel this way?
I read somewhere those little mistakes are sometimes intentional to self-select an audience that won’t pick up small inconsistencies.
I used gyro aiming on the Steam controller setup and it’s by far the best way to play FPS’s with a controller. Definitely worth looking into.
