From what I understand actual walking is considered difficult to accomplish and inefficient for anything really heavy. It’s a joint thing I think.

To be fair, a ton of ‘gamer’ gear is way overpriced for what you get.
This idea that it’s just Fallot in space is dumb. It’s more than that.
There’s typically a rationalization for why something is deemed bad other than “It’s always been that way”. Otherwise it’s just outright an appeal to tradition.
When 99.9% of mods are free, it doesn’t seem “fair” to charge for one.
They’re not doing it as their job, they’re not being paid by a customer to do a specific mod.
$60 was a typical price for a SNES game, and $70 SNES games were not uncommon.
There might be a few positives. So much of Activision has been a trainwreck, there’s the lingering hope that Microsoft might reign some of that in.
Yep, was wondering if I should try this or Lies of P once I come to a stopping point with Starfield, looks like I’ll play Sea of Stars first!
At least personally Gamepass didn’t become worth it again until just recently, when Starfield, Lies of P and Sea of Stars recently landed. I’ll be playing Gamepass for a few months to get through those, and letting my sub end while I focus on all the games I own.
Whataboutism ain’t an argument.
I think I see the miscommunication. “Finish projects that you can’t afford to swap to a new engine right this second”. ‘Right this second’ can modify either ‘finish projects’ or ‘that you can’t afford to swap to a new engine’. I sincerely read it as the former, ergo ‘Finish projects right this second that you can’t…
Whether you intended or not, saying that devs should complete their projects ‘right this second’ conveys that it’s something that can be done in a relatively short amount of time.
You want for it to cut characters that were on team at this point, in the original.
Finish projects that you can’t afford to swap to a new engine right this second, but work on learning another system in the interim so that you can toss Unity to the curb as quickly as possible.
This isnt last week. You are posting a spoiler fo this weeks episode.
That’s precisely how Baldur’s Gate 3 is advertised as, though. Throughout the game they went to all kinds of trouble to flesh out reactions and dialog options that only a fraction of the playerbase will see. For example there are some fake paladins in the game, if you play as a paladin of that order then you have a…
To be fair, this is fairly consistent with most crpgs where the bad ending is lacking. New Vegas, Baldur’s Gate, Pillars of Eternity, full on evil options generally don’t get nearly as much attention as if you play a goody goody. To date the only game I’ve played that handled an evil playthrough with appropriate…
Then, all the easier to name one. Like give any specific instance where a journalist said this.
So long as consumers can still purchase the same titles available on subscription, how do subscription services erode game preservation? It’s just a large scale rental service. If you rent a movie from Redbox or Amazon, do you fret over the fact that you’ll lose access to that title in a day or so?
