Wait, who’s saying that games will always run better on a PC?  If anything, PC generally gets the short end of the stick when it comes to games released on multiple platforms.

I wonder if Diablo IV’s numbers are going to dip a lot more, because this is a fantastic time for gaming atm.  Baldur’s Gate 3 has propelled crpgs to new popularity, Armored Core VI just came out, Starfield is about to hit and Cyberpunk 2077 has a new expansion coming soon.

Yeah, even with the edit they make it out like it’s some huge battle to get to Astarion.  The game is very, very generous with movement options. High strength characters can just leap over everything, casters have at least 2 teleport options, and multiple items give characters Misty Step or Fly.

As everyone else has pointed out, you can leave him in the party and once he’s captured get someone to stand next to him(he’s on the far north end) asap and use the ‘Help’ option to break him out.

Like others mentioned there is the ‘Ungroup’ feature, but you can also stop everyone form moving by manually going into turn based mode.  It’s shift-space on keyboard, not sure what the controller shortcut is.

I think going forward the main games with Ichiban will continue to be turn based.  This game isn’t a numbered title and is focusing on Kiryu instead of Ichi.

Saw a Dungeons and Dragons Drider at 1:28, and freaking Goro from Mortal Kombat at 1:58.

At least moving forward Snyder fans can be told “THIS is your Snyderverse now.  Stop fixating on Snyder ever coming back to DC, and move on.”

Raphael I’m not sure really lies to you, at least not when it comes to contract and deals.  He’s definitely trying to sweet talk you, but his role is the whole ‘the devil you know’ deal.  You KNOW he’s scum, he’s upfront about it.

To be fair movement isn’t usually a problem, just about everyone get used Misty Step and those with high enough strength can jump everywhere.

Also not feeling the Emperor, especially how you rationalizes his behavior. Like I get making the best out of a bad circumstance after being forced to become one, but it’s very different to tell someone else to choose being an Illithid by choice.

What skill is there in just Googling the latest “meta” and then hacking your team to do that?

Better analogy: Say there’s a pie baking content. However the only ingredients you can bring are randomly selected from trip to the grocery store. So you go shopping and you might come back with a dozen eggs, or you might randomly get a bag of lettuce instead.

You’re arguing for the equivalent of allowing doping in sports because it’s become so prevalent the only way to be competitive is to also dope.

If someone is willing to actually invest the kind of time needed to breed and train a Pokemon with the exact stats they’d need to pull off a modern gameplay strategy then yeah...kudos to them for actually doing the work.
