At least police horses are trained for crowds and chaos, so safer than everyday horses. That said, I love that these guys showed up on horseback!

I think the issue people have isn’t simply that the adoption was disrupted. There are valid reasons to disrupt an adoption. It’s that she clearly didn’t think this through from the beginning and waited 3 years to give him to a new family.
