His incessant need to brag about how he and everything to do with him is just the best or “record-setting” or whatever is absolutely breathtaking. I can totally believe the most important thing in his mind right now is putting on a good show at the inauguration. Not, you know, solving any of the nation’s problems or

For me, it’s not a Bungie/Not-Bungie thing. I think Halos 2, 3, and Reach were all kind of meh; my favorites are Combat Evolved, ODST, and 4. But With Halo 5, they really went off the deep end in every way possible. It had the most contorted and forced story yet, it had the least-endearing characters, the combat was

What a lazy criticism

Klefki and Trubbish are awesome.

It isn’t really a “key pokemon”, it’s just a small creature that likes to collect keys.

I don’t even see the Matrix code anymore. All I see is... blonde, brunette, redhead...

How is Muk fine and sentient ice cream not?

“What all these angry children don’t understand is that you used to be able to just look at a Pokemon and figure out what it was, animal or otherwise. Now they are almost all abstract art studies that need to be explained in text.”

I look forward to the “hurr durr why aren’t they animals like Gen 1" comments on each and every post about newer Pokemon games.

Hey, if you don’t want people to call you out on your bullshit, don’t spew the same tired bullshit that people keep spewing

Here’s drowzee

Drowzee is a tapir

No, I don’t, because this is a weird thing that people trot out about Gen 1 Pokemon despite absolutely not being true.

Magnemite? Porygon? Jynx? Koffing? Muk? Voltorb? Plenty of inanimate objects in Gen 1 of Pokemon. It’s only natural that with further generations there’s more Pokemon based on other objects and

I too remember when the Pokemon were based off of animals like:

And good riddance. Talonflame was far too over centralizing in Gen 6. It wasn’t impossible to answer, but you HAD to be prepared for it or it would walk all over you. Certain Pokémon are always going to be better than others, but Talonflame was just dumb. I actually like how the nerf allows you one good hit, makes it

I think the difference between those lines (along with the one in Rogue One) and a lot of what people are thinking of is context - Vader is more likely to put a bit more humor when he’s among his Imperial compatriots.

Darth Vader has always had a dark sense of humor. Always.

They still happen, but it’s extremely rare to see ones that would modify the movie to the extent these scenes suggest.

I cringed a bit when I heard that pun too, but you know... Anakin totally would have said that.

Not with Disney franchises - it gives the impression that the theatrical versions aren’t “complete” somehow; that they are happy to release an inferior product. You can see the backlash against this a lot with people nitpicking Extended Edition releases, believing they’ve been cheated into paying for the same thing
