Sure, but “people like you” (which to be fair, describes people like me as well) are a tiny percentage of potential customers, and Nintendo would struggle far more if they try to run in the same (incredibly competitive) race that Microsoft and Sony are currently running.

I mean, it’s not like they’re using the Banjo-Kazooie IP. You can’t trademark the feel of a game or a game genre, and the music sounds the same because it’s done by the original composer. There’s not really grounds for a lawsuit.

Came to say this. Doctor Strange and Rogue One are certainly delivering him a new audience, and Hannibal is a big deal, but Casino Royale is arguably what put him on the map for international audiences.
