I could not grok that book when I first read it. Looking back at it, I don’t think it was my fault. That book is Heinlein at his weirdest depressing worst. Great ideas; lousy execution.

It’s a wonderful book, long overdue for adaptation, and one of Heinlein’s most hard SF books.

If SyFy ruined A Wizard of Earthsea to the point even Ursula K. LeGuin called them out, I shudder to think how they will go about ruining this.

I WANT THIS!

Heh!

I got myself a label maker and it has changed my life!

Wouldn’t mind one of those myself.

I would love to get a subscription to Amazon Prime or Soundcloud.

They had such awesome chemistry! #RIP

Sounds like death was something of a mercy.

Well, it won’t hurt the world if more people try meditation. /s

Aaaaand another subscription service only available in the good old USA. Le sigh.

A lovely obituary, to an extraordinary person who, as her friend, couldn’t overcome what life hit her with. As someone with mental health issues of my own, I value such testimony, that some isn’t “weak” because their brain just doesn’t work the way it should. And Bipolar is a monster of a disease to deal with. Only

Are people still buying coffee from Starbucks? Dude, make it at home. Saves time, money, and your tastebuds.

Heh! True enough!

Great! Only available in the US. Why am I not surprised?
