He just wants to feel like he’s sticking it to the track officials who dared to get angry at him for making an obviously egregious mistake. Just another rich dude that can do no wrong.

I am very curious how much Magnetic Ride suspension is for carmakers to use in their cars. It seems like GM gets a discount from Delphi (which makes sense) because they seem to put it in everything and it is simply better than any other conventional adjustable damper. The only other carmakers that use them are…
Well I think the implication is that earlier cars DID have the sensors enabled. Maybe there was a change in software or something that failed to enable those sensors and that software was installed on September of 2017.
You’re being ridiculous. This is obviously a high-end residential building considering these are all very expensive cars in China. Each of those cars probably cost well over $100k to purchase in China. Possibly closer to $150k-$200k. These are RICH people. These are the people that would buy McLarens and Bentleys if…
You’ve seen a lot of staged car fires in China? That makes very little sense.
Have you seen the myriad examples of security footage online that have been recorded with a smartphone? Oftentimes it’ll be a security guard that doesn’t have access to download the video files but obviously has a smartphone they can record the monitor with.
Li-ion batteries have to be more expensive if the demand is too high. I’m sure if Audi is willing to pay more money, LG would be willing to give them more batteries. The problem is that I bet Audi spends a lot more money building out the rest of the car than Tesla so they cannot afford to just charge S class money for…
What came first, the motor or the engine?
It seems difficult to believe that they DIDN’T foresee that issue. I think the problem is that battery makers wouldn’t give futures contracts out to carmakers because they know that demand will be insane. So carmakers have to acquire them at market price.
Asian and European carmakers have relied on turbos for a while now because of engine displacement taxes in other countries. Asian USDM cars might have not used them because larger displacement engines are not taxed in the U.S. (just emissions and fuel economy), but from a global perspective, Asian carmakers have had…
PSA: Don’t feed trolls. Commenting in the threads pushes them to the top, even if the top comment is not starred. DO NOT FEED THE TROLLS!
There should be updated suspension as well.
The Accord has always been the “enthusiast” mass market car. It’s not always super sport, but usually either the first or second best dynamic car in the FWD midsized sedan market.
How can you be a car enthusiast and not understand that peak horsepower figures are irrelevant when comparing turbo and NA cars?
Judging by the proportions, this is just another transverse engine FWD crossover possibly with an AWD option. So obviously no modern LS engine would fit. Nor would the car be very sporty to begin with.
Why compare an M5 lol? A comparable car would be an M4. The M4 weighs 3530 lbs.
What’s your normal car? While I agree there is a lot to like about the Mustang, it still drives a bit like a big bulky car for a sports coupe. I think it really wakes up when it’s outfitted with the Magnetic Ride suspension and even then the handling isn’t that great. I think it’s good for people who are used to…
They didn’t get out of the industry with turbos. They just got ahead of GM and Dodge. Asian and European cars have relied on turbos for a long time. In fact, Ford developed Ecoboost along with Mazda and a German company.
I already have an SS.
The Stinger is more refined than a Charger though. Not knocking the Charger as it’s a really good car too, but the Charger is not as athletic as the Stinger. I’m not even saying the Stinger is a sports car, but it can take some corners. The Charger isn’t really as much fun on the twisties, you know? They’re just differ…
