My 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland had pretty nice fasteners on them. Maybe the SRT/Trackhawk versions use nicer floormats that don’t use the normal fasteners.

New VW owners have been saying that for a long time. The only ones that go back are usually the ones that lease their VW new every three years.
They’d also need the appropriate drivetrain upgrades to handle that power for 100,000+miles. I don’t think people realize that the reason a more powerful car costs more isn’t just because of the engine tune. There’s actually a lot of supporting hardware that needs to go in. Engine components, driveshaft, half shafts,…
I use LastPass to store all my travel documents as well. It can be a real lifesaver. Make sure to set it up with 2 factor authentication if you store a lot of sensitive information in a password manager though.
But a car needs those transponders in the key to start right? And they have to be very close to the steering column.
When’s the last time you drove one of those old 4 speed slushboxes though? Even 6 speeds from the early 2000s are light years ahead of them (ZF 6HP, GM 6L80e, etc.). The old 4 speeds were truly horrible in even luxury cars unless you had just a ridiculous amount of power, which no production cars of the era had. You…
Stop interviewing one of the most influential politicians of the last two decades? Why?
The Hyundai Excel sold very well (for an import in 1985) and was rated a “Best Procut” by Fortune Magazine. I’m not saying it wasn’t a shitbox, it most certainly was. However, the Yugo was just slightly more of a shitbox. Hyundai at least offered extended warranties on the cars and continued to build up their dealer…
AWD will not help you make an emergency stop in the winter nor help much in corners. AWD is mostly helpful if you do a lot of mountain driving or get stuck parallel parking in the city. That’s only if you have decent all-seasons that have good snow ratings.
Giulia QV, C63/S AMG, RS4 (in other countries), ATS-V, RC F. These are not manual (except for ats-v), but that’s the point right? The M3 isn’t all that special anymore. A lot of people are sticking with the M3 ONLY because it has a manual. If BMW drops it, they can now try other cars since the manual isn’t the big…
Your answer is the X3 M40i. It comes with about 90 ///M badges. Turn signal delete is standard. A true M car if I ever saw one.
Nice one. I’ll have to do that. Hope my wife doesn’t kill me.
Yes, if you ignore literally everyone but right wing pundits, I can see how you could believe that. But pretty much every moderate voice in politics says this administration is a trainwreck. Good luck with your delusion dude.
Uh... that’s kinda my point. The ES was an upmarket Camry just like the I35 was an upmarket Maxima. The cars weren’t exactly the same. The luxury versions had more features, nicer leather, more insulation, and a more refined driving experience. Just because the chassis and engines were mostly the same doesn’t make…
Stupid fucking parents are going to kill their daughter for their own vanity and inability to be parents. For many parents, buying an expensive car for them is an extension of their own vanity. Not that I’d ever buy a GT for my kid at 16, but if I did and they crashed it, I’d make them drive a Corolla after that.
Just because anyone can get into an accident with anything doesn’t mean high horsepower cars aren’t far more dangerous.
While I agree with your sentiment, a teen can just easily get killed in anything at highway speeds. It starts with them making a poor decision in the first place(texting, drunk driving, speeding). The high horsepower car just makes more efficient work of it.
It was Infiniti’s response to the Lexus ES and it wasn’t a bad car if all you care about was a bit of straight line speed and comfort. It was the natural step up once you outgrew your Maxima.
It’s nice you want to tell everyone how much you spent on a stroller. But what world do you live in where a $1300 isn’t extravagant? It’s DEFINITELY in the very upper tier of stroller prices. MOST high end strollers cost between $500-$1000. Sure there are some that cost considerably more, but they’re a extremely small…
Shoot, even for our first kid, we ended up selling our Uppababy stroller and just use one that can fold up into overhead airplane storage. There are very few circumstances where we “need” the large stroller with big wheels. It is nice if you’re on grass or something, and they do much better over curbs and small bumps.…
