I didnit' realize how cheap the c model was, I was assuming it started at 23 and the same 5k rough price increase

eh, I'm not so sure about the modesty of the price increase of either the supercharger or the improved power electronics system, thought the supercharger would surely be the cheaper option as long as you're willing to completely say screw the economy.

That's a good idea.

it is a type of supercharger.

I don't think it would be that sudden, it would probably be phased in over like 5-10 years and even then it would never completely replace commercial drivers because there are some jobs where it won't make sense.

I agree that it would cause a serious unemployment problem. I'm not sure what percent of American jobs are commercial driving but I'd be willing to guess it is a not trivial number.

you're right but I'm guessing they'd still oppose it. Ultimately for some trucks I'm not sure how necessary that'd be to have a person in them. If they had automatic doors on the trailer they could go from dock to dock, the only input being when to leave once loading/unloading is done

yes, more experienced scumbags who know how to quell the noise before we hear about it

That would be true were it not for unions which will vehemently oppose it

I would hope that they would use new batteries, in the years since the car was released improved Li-Po batteries have become manufacturerable

I wonder if this is actually accidental.

it reeks of Cien

well, maybe no one in aviation would, but there is a rap song where they mention repeatedly a "G6" and I'm pretty sure they are talking a they're not talking about an affordable Pontiac (although I'm white so what do I know! ha)

it wasn't me but happended as I was pulling into the lot at the DMV to get my license. Cute girl was there for the same reason was just getting into her car for the test (iirc it was a newish Escalade) she goes to back out, apparently put it in drive instead of reverse and drives it straight into the pole in front of

gotta wonder how long it will take them to hike the price up on this car.

N:

on that vehicle maybe that'd be easier, but on my car for example, removing the steering wheel is a total PITA, while adjusting the tie rod ends is relatively easy

You can fix that pretty easily with a couple wrenches by adjusting the tie rod ends. That is if they aren't completely rusted to hell, but since I'd assume this spent all its life in California, they probably aren't!

Government officials will tie you up forever asking for more and more environmental impact studies if the right palms aren't greased. Delays like that are completely unacceptable for Tesla as if they don't build this plant on time they will not be able to bring their model 3 to market on time and lose their market

a lot of puke...
