Yeah usually the tool set comes with enough for most jobs. However because of a similar project to yours two weekends ago I needed to buy some extra extensions as well as a universal joint.

Once you’ve got a “mechanics tool set” with a decent assortment of wrenches and sockets, the most important thing to do is to do your research before you do a project. Good walk throughs will suggest tools that you need and tools that would be nice to have for a given job, so just buy as you go

the part was not designed to fail, What they did was stall implementing a solution and deny there was a problem when an issue was detected

they didn’t distinguish between a rusted out muffler and leaky manifolds. If you like straight pipes sound a rusted out muffler isnt’ so bad
