Eh.. There’s nothing that says you’re obligated to have performance intentions. If looks are the goal then, it’s not a poor decision.
They’re not *terrible* as catbacks, but if you add a downpipe they’ll make ears bleed.
the issue is that twin scroll exhaust housings tend to be rather restrictive to achieve that which will lower the volumetric efficiency of the engine. This is why they’d really like to use something which has a bigger exhaust housing (optionally single scroll) that spools slower with this system to provide torque fill…
