So think about this then. The average age of a Subaru WRX buyer is 35, and their average income is almost $100k. Clearly, some millennials are doing fine, they just don't like muscle cars.

Another correction: “I just bought one at age 19 but ran it into a tree on the way home from the dealer”

Why don’t you blame it on the car instead. The WRX has a buyer median age of 35, with millennials accounting for 2/3 of overall sales. If any of the big three offered a comparable combination of performance, utility, and affordability they would lower the median age by at least 10-15 years.

All three of those cars would eat the Challenger for lunch on a track. The reasons for it being cheaper are obvious: slovenly handling, cheap interior, and dated styling.

Just google it. JD Power says median age is 35, and 2 out of three are millennials. So put that in your vape pen and smoke it.

A high school friend almost bought one of these before heading off to an out of state college, but sanity prevailed and he got a Plymouth Arrow instead.

My grandfather had a Dart Swinger in the same color, and I swear to god he bought it because of the name. Also pretty sure it was the same reason that for many years he owned a Rambler.

$60,000? That’s ridiculous, I won’t pay it.

Insanity (definition): watching the same behavior for years and expecting it to change. (See NASCAR)

Why not shoot for the moon and get a used E Class Mercedes? You can get a 2011 or newer model in your price range and have a true premium car.

You should have included a pic of the gen 2 Civic as well. I may be overly partial to them since an 82 Civic hatchback was my first new car.

Yeah, that's pretty early to get very far on the beartooth. I have seen guys skiing the runs right off the highway in July. My friend who was living in Bozeman actually tried it-once. It was pretty terrifying even with an avalanche beeper.

We don’t usually design commercial airliners like they are military spy planes.

We might be surprised by who buys this version. Yes, the balding middle -aged gold chain set will buy their fair share of them. But younger dudes with some disposable cash and no family will probably throw down on them as well. Wouldn't be surprised to see a fair amount of women buy them either.

You really don’t know how fucked up the current FAA is, do you? Or how much power Boeing has over them.

Do you remember what month this was taken? If this was taken that close to Red Lodge the pass must have been closed.

The design changes made to accommodate the larger engines created enough angle of attack instability during landing to warrant a much more aggressive MCAS system that pilots were not accustomed to.

Having not seen either in the flesh, I reserve judgment on both. But I don't think the Supra is ugly, while at the same time am not bowled over by the Vette either.

Will it? I'm not so sure about that.

Yeah it has got to be a conspiracy, nut job.
