God, I hope so.
I hated Jessa last season for being so vile, but "on the straight and narrow" Jessa is a giant snoozefest.

Agreed, that lesbian scene was painful to watch, to say the least. It felt more exhibitionist and exploitative than packed with any great meaning.
I would have stuck to more Hannah and her mother dancing haha- Baker is an incredible actress.
Thank god Jessa is no longer the spawn of Satan. Bit slow, but really solid first episode
I see your point… I definitely agree there's potential for them in the future as well (I should have mentioned that), but that they both had changing to do before it could work.
I don't think it is still considered weird. At least, definitely not in the sense that it's "creepy" age difference weird.
… and so on.
Community, I love you. If this is the send-off, job well done.
This episode was like Remedial Chaos Theory and Paradigms of Human Memory mixed together. There's no way it could have failed.
Haha, Gillian's actually a teetotaler IRL, so definitely the latter.
If you don't put a lid on it… there's no lid.
This episode was for me what Nicolas Cage is for Abed. I couldn’t work out if it was good, bad, good in a bad way or bad in a good way.
They also both went straight to Professor Duncan to ask for his help to cheat their way through college
Yeah, I read an interview somewhere with Dan Harmon saying he was more concerned with "passing the Bechtel test" and exploring the character without imposing relationship stuff on them this season.
Clooney: The Britta of Batmans
I was thinking the exact same thing when watching those scenes.
I agree. This episode had less laugh-out-loud moments, but it more than made up for this in the way it had heart. There was, in my opinion, a real throwback to the original essence of the show that's been missing in more recent times. #keepaloosegrip
Brewster nails even the most throw-away of lines. Her "What the hell was that?" reaction to Jeff apologising to Abed was fantastic. She honestly steals the show.
"You know I'm starting to suspect the unthinkable… Namely that inspite of all we've experienced, there's a cartoonish, vampiric orgy of personal devices somewhere in the RV sucking away our battery. I only draw limited comfort from the fact nobody's running to unplug anything…"
"Really? You're going to commit to this?"
"Commit to what? Reality?"
Agreed completely. This was pretty "meh", which was probably amplified by the fact I kept being reminded of Professor Woolley in Conspiracy Theories and was fairly underwhelmed as a result.
