I’m curious how the battery is going to handle being parked for 4 months at 5% over the winter. The vast majority of these are going to be cars and coffee cars. So, why not build in battery tenders for both the ICE and EV batteries?

But what damage happens to the battery when it is sitting at 5% for months in freezing conditions?

The alternator can’t output the voltage or amps needed to charge the EV battery. Most hybrids have the electric motor sitting inbetween the engine and transmission (or in the trans) but the E-ray has the electric motor completely separate from the ICE power train.

I would argue the live streaming/ risk escalation provides an incentive for the officer to minimize the driver being detained and get the driver on the way. Thus maximizing citizen freedom and preventing every stop from turning into a fishing expedition.

I think those are manufactured homes. Most modular homes are the same with as onsite stick built homes but are designed like lego bricks and are bolted together. Often they looks and feel like a onsite built home, but have double thick interior  wall where the modules are bolted together.
