I think those are manufactured homes. Most modular homes are the same with as onsite stick built homes but are designed like lego bricks and are bolted together. Often they looks and feel like a onsite built home, but have double thick interior  wall where the modules are bolted together.

What would be better for pedestrian safety is to make everything else quieter. The parking garage exhaust fan is louder then Tesla’s speaker, so it is useless for the situations it’s designed to prevent.

My Fusion has the 2.7 EB v6 and AWD. The Crown has AWD standard.

That’s only because people have old usbA wall warts laying around. My last 2 Pixel phones and the wife’s Samsung all came with double ended USB-C cables.
Also, the faster charging and data speeds are only with double ended USB-C cables.

It’s only 200lbs heavier then the Fusion Sport. The weight listed in google is often for the stripper or rental model and sounds like a tin can by comparison.
Modern cars are heavy, and for the size, is not that much heavier then slightly smaller sedans.

If you or a friend has storage space, a cheap 4x8 trailer is far easier way to go. If i need stuff on pallets loaded, I can pull the sides and let the forklift do the work. When it comes time for much, I don’t have to worry about the tractor messing up the cab.
