I don’t know about Canada inspections, but in the USA, trucks can be stopped an inspected at any time. Since they are all parked, it sounds like a great opportunity for mass inspections. And there is often a time limit for getting repairs done, before additional fines and licenses issues come into play. The truckers…

I agree with this 1000%. Plus they can save weight by not having to pressurize the entire passenger compartment, all we need are air masks, and they can pile more bodies in the plane this way, making the flights cheaper. It’s Winning all around.
