There’s no good reason to ban booze on the plane when Karen and Florida Man can take shots at the terminal bar just before take off.

It’s a jeep thing, we wouldn’t understand.
WTF, seriously, WTF. That is the 1 massive advantage EVs have over ICE. Every morning you can wake up from your hotel with a full battery.
But maybe it’s time to reevaluate the rule. Back when it was created, it was likely thought that to do a 9sec quarter mile took a special machine. Now it’s at the point where the driver can be eating a big mac.
Depending on the car, some will completely shut off the 12v port.
With the normal RV battery bank, the motor doesn’t need to stay idling, it can run for just long enough to charge the battery bank. Also, when idling to recharge the batteries, the engine based HVAC can contribute to the cooling/heating. But this would require better integration and not the normal slapping crap on a…
An EU ShoGun
I don’t expect it to make calls, sms or use data, since those all require a service plan. BUT I do still expect it to work as a small tablet, since that doesn’t require anything from the carrier.
Using your analogy, the OEMs are Apple, Samsung, etc. and the AT&T, VZ etc is the service provider.
For vehicls, the OEMs are…
I’m thinking he didn’t pull the hammer back far enough for the paw to catch it. And given it’s a single action colt without any safeties, there’s not block to prevent the hammer from striking the ammunition.
The revolver being used is a replica of a 200 year old Colt 45 revolver, it’s a single action (It has to be manually cocked to fire) without a safety block between the hammer and ammunition. It can be fired by pulling and releasing the hammer back just before the trigger paw caches. It has to be manually cocked to…
It’s a replica of a 200 year old Colt, it’s very likely the he cocked the hammer just enough to provide the nessary impact.
This type of single action revolver can also have a miss fire from dropping it. There is no safety block between the hammer/ firing pin and ammunition to prevent accidental miss fires.
If I remember the truth correctly, the Green Texas Energy was outputting more then expected and helped carry the load from the failing fossil fuel based part of the grid.
Or hear me out on this one, RV manufactures have the engine / chassis OEMs spec an additional large capacity alternator. Why carry around and additional generator, often with a separate fuel tank, when the primary motor can serve double duty.
Yea, I hate the Nissan type of concept. But a simple change to using a chassis like Excomotive Exocet chassis for the Miata, would make the concept vastly better. Show us what can be done with the EV drive-train once it is free of the street car requirements. Show us what it can do for track days and autocross.
Think of it this way, all of the vibrations from the drive train are now gone so you can feel the smaller pavement surface vibrations that are transmitted thru the chassis that are normally drowned out. So on the edge of traction, it should be easier to feel and hear the slight difference in tire slip.
At that speed, most of the motor and chain noise is likely drowned out by the wind. I imagine it’s likely about the same sound as flying.
But if everyone was unionized, then everyone would have the protections...
That’s when you walk over to the coworker that voted against the union and ask, Care to change your vote?
The overall look is nice, but the designer needs to clean up the lines and stop with the asymmetrical stuff. The faring should be wider and incorporate spats for wind protection. The tail should be bigger and work as both a seat and storage area.
Yea, that sloping back makes it impossible to load the font of the trailer all the way to the roof, unless it is designed for double stacking. But given how much un/loading time eats into overall profits, I would think the flat conveyor floor trucks will become preferred over anything with complex loading.
