Rahm was actually a pretty good mayor.

Rahm had a few major missteps but overall he did a lot of good things for Chicago. He was very pro-public transit/bike and New Urban infrastructure. He was pro-environment and enacted policies to reflect that. He was pro-immigrant. He had forward thinking public housing policies.
