@erincnyc: No problem, enjoy!
@erincnyc: Ooh, you must also watch Topper. He's delicious and super hilarious!
@skahammer: I think it is simply fear of rejection, which is why being inebriated in some way makes it easier. Also, women in general are not taught to ask for what they want in life.. combine that with a less than awesome self-esteem and we end up in a place where we feel like it takes some act of trickery to draw…
@ada, or ardor: and Teeth!
@moonkitten: mine was a macy's fitting room.. swimsuit shopping.. with my dad.
@AtomiClash humanitarian misanthrope: I work at a vintage clothing store where we sell a fair amount of Betty Page memorabilia. Yesterday, I saw a little boy point to a BP magnet and ask his mother, "Is that Katy Perry?".. the Mom didn't know.. and I died just a little inside.
@lorem oopsum: Don't forget Gabourney Sidibe.. and Helen Mirren!
@MadamePamplemousse: I have that book and it is so lovely! So well done and a great story!
Obviously, we shouldn't pull off this slim hourglass illusion too well or our men will stray!
@cinematheques: You know, he may have been serious. I don't even want to think of the faces he would make during sex!
@Bitcherina: He's hangin' with God the Java.
@Haystacks: my sentiments exactly :) and mine's here by my bed and laptop.
I so wanna feel like a banana split on a cupcake.
@Uncommon Whore: Yeah, that one made me laugh so hard that I choked on my wine!.. That would have been much better had I been drinking champagne.
@BrutallyHonestBabes (aka Mrs. Sarah.of.a.Lesser.Hobbit): I agree. It's certainly beautiful, but by no means original. From a business standpoint, I think it is very smart. With this economy even wealthy women have to cut back, and why not buy classic pieces that work? If you have an extra few grand to spend, why not…
@Omitofo: that was my very first thought when I saw all this leather. "It's forming a paste!".. lol.. I actually find the sweatiness factor even less appealing than the animal cruelty and I'm a vegan!
I really love Lanvin, but seriously this fur madness needs to stop.. it's not even very creative.. it's an elaborately cruel, socially inappropriate, and expensive trend. I love fashion, but I can't "lighten up" when it comes to cruelty in the name of image and status.
*sigh* she's so not fair.
