Talk about a cum back story!
Talk about a cum back story!
To get ahead of speculation: I won’t be in Scream VII either.
This is like all of the people who read/watched Fight Club and started a local fight club.
I like Acaster just as much as you probably do, but was Rife saying his comedy is too challenging for the people who are upset? It didn’t seem like it to me. I’m honestly asking, not trying to be an asshole here.
I just watched that special again last night!
you can squint and say breaking bad is a similar arc about watching a guy become a power-hungry villain while still remaining a ‘hero’ in his own head.
Did someone say infinite Frinkiac loop gif?
I liked it a lot better when I didn’t know who any of these people were.
Yeah...yeah! That’s the ticket.
Ghost of Tsushima is awesome, even if clearing the map gets a bit repetitive with collectibles (what’s that, Mr. Gold Bird? Oh, another cosmetic? Sweet...) but the story and gameplay is top notch. I know it might sound hard but I definitely recommend playing on Lethal difficulty. Sure, you die super quick but so do…
I don’t think that’s true: Ren and Stimpy was absurdist but not in a meaningful way...except for Don’t Whizz on the Electric Fence, that’s a life lesson right there.
I don’t care how old he is - Jon Lovitz should be playing George Santos.
I’ve developed a shaky theory about GenZ humor. It aims to be ‘absurdist’ but not in any meaningful kind of way. They just slap completely unrelated sh*t together and that makes them laugh.
But then, that’s the world right now so....
You’re going to have a good time.
I’m sorry to say this, but most of the SNL episodes from the last few seasons are just NOT funny/edgy/innovative/crazy/etc. It’s all just Gen-Z “Irony” drivel .
French GQ responded to Scott’s comments by farting in his general direction.
Matt really annoyed me to the point I considered giving up on the show. He was way too desperate to be funny, and so wasn’t at all. I like Alison a lot.
I too thought Dan would go home this week. He fell short in all three bakes. His creations must have really tasted good.
I feel so bad for him. On one of the pictures he put up on Twitter, he responded to someone’s condolences just saying “I’m suffering” and it was such a stark and bare phrase, so devoid of any kind of linguistic flourish or phrasing that it absolutely broke my heart. Dana Carvey is suffering and it makes me very sad.…
Yeah I just don’t get the appeal of these guys. I’ve seen most (if not all) of their SNL segments and I recently listened to their appearance on Conan’s podcast, and they seem like nice enough dudes I guess but they’re neither interesting nor particularly funny.
