I watched it thinking it was a single run, and kept thinking “dang, how are they gonna wrap this all up?” only to find it was intended as a multi-season thing. Which is the first I think of Flanagan’s shows to do that, so that definitely didn’t help the confusion.

Really nice of him to post the plot points for Season 2 like that as it does give nice closure. It also saves me from watching 10 episodes of a very slow-moving show to glean what amounts to about two paragraphs of plot XD. Love Flanagan but Midnight Club was slooooooow. 

Ye should’ve just said Hilter invented the Volkswagen Beetle, at least that’s almost true, and would’ve segued nicely into his whole “love everybody” point (flower power and all that). Isn’t he supposed to be a lyrical genius??

1: Cameron started working on this before Disney ever entered the picture. This is a passion project of his, that needs to make a couple billion dollars to even break even, so I’d say this is less “Disney/shareholders want it” and more like “Disney/shareholders anxiously hope this movie doesn’t flop”. Especially…
