Rambo Hunter. Let’s talk about that name for a while. Dude’s probably the best at, like, everything.

What are you talking about?

“but all he’s done over the past 10 years is work the telestrator and bark things at future NFL quarterbacks in a conference room”

Off topic, but I’ve seen a bunch of the diamond neck tattoos recently, although none as fancy as Garbrandt’s. I assume they have some significance, but I have no idea what it is. Any know what the deal is with them?

Until he’s welcomed back in 2020. That doesn’t mean he’s been kicked off the team; it just means he can’t play on the team until then.

Two knee-jerk reactions:

As a part-time Niners fan and a full-time Patriots detractor, I’m going to spend the next twelve months fantasizing about Jimmy G. dominating Brady, et al. in the Super Bowl next year. This could happen.

One area should be named for Kevin, and another for his other Twitter persona.

I find it hard to believe that someone associated with the Redskins would be willing to use such politically incorrect language.

In Rod’s defense, the typical Bills fan probably doesn’t give a shit about any of that other stuff.

Herm is a good bet for a bad time.

This is pretty spot-on actually.

Slightly off topic, but would Saban be the least fun coach to hang out with? Or does that honor go to Belichick? I need to know!

Bet there were some real hot takes after that game.

Another poorly executed Rich Rod offense, huh?

Settle down everyone. His shoe was over the line.

You’re still missing the point. I didn’t argue that Alabama should or should not be in. I just pointed out that your logic was bad, and your comment made worse by its obnoxious tone.

This is interesting. I don’t really disagree with much of it actually. But that’s the problem with the “four best team” discretion given to the committee. Assuming the committee’s decision isn’t driven by something more cynical like revenue (i.e., we’d rather see Alabama and OSU in the playoffs than not), the

You’re missing the boat, dude. The question was if some team was to be left out of the playoffs to make room for UCF, who should it be? The thoughtful answer that godshamwow suggested was Alabama, because it had the weakest case to be there. The fact that Alabama won it’s game is irrelevant, and your argument is

That’s fair. I included it only to drive home my first point, which is that allowing an arguably undeserving team to sneak in the backdoor of the playoffs isn’t good practice, but I can see that it distracts from that point and has a circular-logic feel to it.
