I’d like to see the category “Celiac Safe” be used when the restaurant can be sure that the food truly is gluten free and not cross contaminated. 

I have Celiac. There are some. As far as national chains go, Uno is really good about being gluten free. They’ve never made me sick and the staff is always very knowledgeable about Celiac. 

I think there needs to be a label that says “Not Celiac Safe” for gluten free menu items likely to be cross contaminated.

When I was in Spain years ago, hash was everywhere and I didn’t encounter actual flower at all. Things might have changed but the marijuana market there is mostly hash. Incidentally, the hash was fucking incredible.
