I agree with all of these but I don’t think the holiday thing will make much of a difference. People who can’t take off work to vote are most likely working the exact same jobs that will require them to work on a holiday. It wouldn’t hurt, but I don’t think it would make a huge difference.

Just change the packaging. No reason for them to be packaged in a package that looks exactly like a regular candy package. Just make them look like generic pill bottles.
