I have all seasons on my supercharged Miata right now.

Please, internet, don’t kill me. I know you’re tired of hearing this, but I happen to love the interior on the NA Miata. With some tasteful mods, it can looks so nice, yet is simple and functional. Pic stolen from MC70’s “Retro-Modded” thread on miata.net.

Allow me to tl;dr the replies: Um, it’s great.

I saw this article and immediately started looking for you down here in the comments.

I think the ease of use/low relative cost of the thing is what made it great. No cables, no stand, carry it anywhere.

I loved using this with my Xbox 360. Many hours spent with that controller and Forza Horizon when I should have been doing homework in college.

Please tell me you’re just trolling here...

I do dislike those people greatly. My usual solution when I see them coming while I’m on a hill is to wait ‘til they’re a few feet back, and then let off my brakes and roll backward a few inches. Works every time, most of the time.

I’m just happy there’s someone else out there who loves the MX-6. I had a V6 one for a couple of years in high school. The noise that engine made was so very nice...

Plastidip is fairly inexpensive, and you can apply it yourself. Definitely would prefer to do it in a garage, but you can do it outside in a pinch. All kinds of crazy colors and finishes available, and is more of a DIY project than wrapping a car.

Just wanted to say thank you for recording this! I’ve disassembled and reassembled an engine completely, but it’s been about 8 years. I definitely needed the refresher!

This. So much this.

Wait, do you still have that Firebird? I remember reading your build thread (with great jealousy) on fbody.org!

Dangit! I just convinced myself I don’t need to find a ‘98-’02 Firebird. You’ve made me regress. (If I got another F-body, it would be my 4th...)

And Huntsville? We have nice things...I promise!

Obviously, you should just have had sports cars/unreasonable cars before you ever started anything with your wife! lol

You're clearly raising your child in the best way possible.

I've been waiting for years for this article. I had a 97 MX-6 LS from 2009-2011. V6, 5-speed. Bought it with 47K on the clock. That car was fantastic; I put a K&N cone intake and a Borla cat-back on it. To this day, that was the best sounding car I've owned. And is the only one of my cars I've ever wished I hadn't

I'm in too.

That whole money thing. Gets me every time.
