It seems like they just find the quickest route to an opinion and stick with it. I suppose we all have confirmation biases, but some people just glom onto something and stand by it no matter how crazy they sound.

From a guy perspective, usually the girl who hung out with us thought girls were mean. I think it’s just one of those things where they start awkward, and then guys are the second attempt that works. We tend to have a low bar to be impressed with being “one of the guys” too.

But it’s not half-measures. It’s the broken nature of Congress. They have to wait and to everything as one big swoop, and everything is now trapped in limbo for at least a couple of years before they even pull it from the cloture/filibuster/committee shenanigans.

1. Full amnesty isn’t supported by the Dem voters. A path to citizenship is. Those Dems will get voted out of office if they do it. (I’d love it...borders are invisible. If you care so much, go after employers).

The White House didn’t create the DACA problem. We’ve got to stop giving Trump credit.

Also...it’s just an award. People act like that’s the biggest cut of all, but it’s the opposite. Not giving an award isn’t a punishment. You just don’t get the praise and attention that would’ve come with it.

It’s the thing athletes do a lot. “They don’t get it because they’ve never played”. Nah...the problem is that athletes don’t understand broadcasting or how to keep an audience from turning the channel. The non-athletes don’t need their hands held by someone else who knows TV.

I love a painter who thinks there’s “fine art” that gets its own rules. If you’d like to follow your own rules, please celebrate the little art reviews that pop culture writers do when the deadline approaches and there’s no news. Writing is an art too. And no more criticizing TV, songs, or anything else you don’t

In the US, because we have no official language, the standard is already just best effort, but buyer beware. If you can’t speak English, you might have to sign an English contract anyway. The person is literally paying for the contract the bill invalidates, so obviously they are able to perform their half of the

No, this is great. If I need to switch, I’ll just stop paying my current insurance. Then, when they come to collect, I’ll say “no comprendo” and invalidate the contract. You can’t collect on an invalid contract. I get calls about health insurance everyday, so I can keep this scam running forever.

I just love this idea that transpeople have been holding it in all these years. There was never a single problem before these idiots came along with bathroom bills.

They all carry Pocket Constitutions but never seem to read them...

Neo Nazi’s and these younger groups are a specific breed. They’re all about attention and fighting. The whole point is to go down and crack some leebrul, race-a-mixin’ skulls while wearing the same uniform.

I think there is a secondary issue not being discussed in the article...states give money and tax credits to studios when they shoot movies. Usually it’s above 15% of the budget. That comes with agreements about how you’ll conduct yourself as a business, with the state being able to sue if you do something to violate

Exactly. And who says it was only once? It’s once we know about. Kids who are young enough often don’t remember things, because it’s easier to the brain to just block it with those other early, distorted memories.

They’re both sexual assaulters, so it would be weird if the arguments were different.

There you go injecting reality into things.

I didn’t say the worst. In fact, I was clear that there’s no discrimination. You’re taking what I said and restating it incorrectly.

I’d hope the woman in the room does.

If you run into one person who’s bad in bed, it’s him. If you run into people who are bad in bed over and over, it’s probably you.
