Not exactly. Speciality cutters are hard to come by when the world revolves around CAD techs. Those cutters, sure. Anyone can learn CAD. Hand cutters are growing increasingly rare. Especially talented ones.  

I grew up and live in the south still. My father works in furniture and I can’t, for the life of me, understand why this industry hasn’t unionized.

I think what we need at a time like this is one of those rousing John McCain speeches.
