What problem is this solving? What process is this making more efficient? Is this even sealing the freshness of the cereal at all? Other than just simply storing the cereal in a sealable container, I would think finding a better way of sealing the open plastic bag that contains the cereal would be the priority here.

I fail to see how Gearbox “just letting it die” is going to make Bobby Prince stop sueing them. The whole point of the lawsuit seems to be that Apogee failed to take responsibility for settling this issue with Bobby in accordance with their agreement and instead is trying to dump him off on Gearbox.
None of this is race related. It’s all made up by soft people with no spine, a victim complex (Karens), and are attention seeking. Call it husband/ wife. Who cares? No one with working brains.
