Yeah look I’m not a scientist of any sort but the idea that smelling something delicious will make me want to eat it less is the stupidest bullshit I’ve ever heard.

Our sense of smell is strongly connected to our ability to taste, therefore experiencing food related cues such as smelling a bacon aroma can lead us to imagine the act of eating  that food... FTFY

But he did receive a service: the reservation.

At least someone would appreciate it.

nah its because companies started bullshitting and making the serving sizes smaller to show less calories and fat on the label.

This may be the best answer ever given to this question. To the window.......

i like how everybody is up in arms about plastic straws, but all of you fucking heathens keep buying k cups.

“This isn’t a huge deal; guys usually pay for dates, and it’s probably habit to just give the bill to the guy.”

These days, I generally see wait staff putting the bill on the table in between people, unless someone has specifically asked for it.

Nothing in the source article (or the other articles I’ve read) indicates this has anything specifically to do with the ampersand. Golub’s official business name, according to her trademark, is “Garnish And Gather” - no ampersand. It seems her claim has to do with the overlap in the names (not specific to the

No, I mean the stats they’re posting from reddit. It’s being worded like it’s some sort of new discovery that a lot of people don’t have video cards that can handle VR gaming. I’m asking if the article really meant to put that much emphasis on something that I didn’t realize was news.

Counter question. Is it surprising that a data set of users that are 99% not VR owning, does not have a high rate of VR capable setups?

I disagree. I’d much rather have a well-paced 20 hour game than a game stretched to 40 hours. Almost no games are Witcher 3 best-of-both-worlds.

What is worth 60 dollars?

Man those quotes are such garbage.

There’s no specifics about their condition here. Having already said that they use both mushrooms and soy sauce, I took that to mean that the sensitivity could be for specific types of glutamates.

Try giving mushroom seasoning a try. It’s granulated mushroom extract and salt and is used as an MSG substitute. This could be an umami source that you might be able to tolerate.

Do they have legal standing? Yes and no. Technically once the doughnuts are sold the buyer may do with them as he wishes (within the limits of government’s laws of course). However there is the question if they must sell to someone who will resell. Usually that would be they don’t have to. At least in bulk.

However cor

Alternatively, if you don’t want dried out burgers, you can cook them to 140 for 45 minutes in a sous vide. Killing bacteria in meat isn’t just about temperature it’s about time. 160 degrees kills instantly. But lower temps for longer time will do the same thing and be much more delicious.
