Or yet another view point - advocate to get rid of the fucked up tipping system. It’s ridiculous, inconvenient and unfair. People shouldn’t rely on the generosity of others to make ends meet. And customers shouldn’t be thinking “well this costs $100. Then it’s plus sales tax + 9.765%, then it’s plus tip of x%

If I’m cooking, I make what I want. I know what kinds of things my family likes, and I make the choice. If someone has a special request, then I’ll make what they’re craving. But otherwise, they seem pretty content to eat whatever I make and my reward for cooking the family dinner is having whatever I want.

Thank you... If anyone ever returned a beer and told me the glass wasn’t “beer clean” enough my eyes would roll back so far I’d see my brain.

Oh God come on...not everything needs to be so crazy, does it? Can we just drink beer or does it now need to be complicated? I can guarantee the best beer I ever had (German, had it at 8k ft) tasted great because I enjoyed it out of whatever and didn’t sweat the small stuff.

My tricks even better... simply turn the glass upside down emptying the contents into your digestive tract... repeat as necessary until all your superficial fucks are gone.

I would propose not talking to them and actually listening to them.

You see, I don’t want to “talk to them” or “tell them a story.” I just want them to leave other people the hell alone. I want them to realize where their religious rights both begin and end. And like Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis said, “The right to swing my fist ends where the other man’s nose begins.”

Well, a B1 is a pretty big cock....

The lengths that some Orthodox Jews will go to circumvent their own rules never ceases to amaze me. (See also: eruv strings.)

Why is this one in 24 hour format. WHY?

A few other points to note:

I was in a similar situation where my old laptop died and I was fine without it but then suddenly found myself needing a portable computer THAT DAY and the price was right on a Samsung at the store. After reading so much about how “limited” they were, my mind was absolutely blown that I could do everything I needed to

For the right consumer, these look great, but I’m just not that kind of consumer. I mostly work from home but do need to bring a laptop with me sometimes to work from the field. I also need to be able to run Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Scrivener and a few other specific applications and need to be able to

I know for me, it’s that it feels more like a “real” computer. My tablet is fine for reading, but I’m a fast touch typist, and even with a portable keyboard the tablet isn’t as comfortable for me to type on. Not to mention it’s got a bigger screen (I have the Toshiba Chromebook 2, with a 13” screen), faster

A lot easier when you really need to “type” imho

I absolutely love my Chromebook. I do 95% of my work on it. If I could get by without using Microsoft Office for work, then I would do 100% on it. I tried to convince my office we should move everything to Google apps, but they decided to go with Office 365. It was a disappointment, but I still do most everything on

I got one of the original customer test machines a few years ago. I filled out a form on line that said what I would use it for and UPS dropped off this magic, mysterious box about a week later.
