Let’s see. A pipe dream project of an EV with Foxconn involved. So it will end up late, over cost, lacking in most of the promises, 70-90% first run failure rate, dual production lines so it can handle all the re-work, and all of the failures will be thrown into Fisher’s name because Foxconn can never ever do wrong.

I missed one single word in your original post and it completely changed the meaning. My mistake. You and I both are in agreement. Carry on.

I’m gonna get attacked by the Wawa folks but in PA I’m a fan of Sheetz. Thier gas is crap, they don’t carry actual high test in my area, 92 is the best they offer, but man if I want a hotdog at 3am with enough toppings to trigger a heart attack across county lines, Sheetz is the place to go.

For most folks under 65 I’d assume they don’t really own thier home and land either. You’re just paying rent to the bank until you’ve payed them the value of the house plus another few tens of thousands in fees for their assistance.

Now playing

The WORST ad jingle ever. You’re welcome. I’d rather set my car on fire than donate it to these guys after inventing this horrid earworm.

I’m hoping and praying that this is what’s going on. Like someone had the idea and the company decided, “Holy Shit this is dangerous” and patented it to delay it at least a few years. Or sell it to the luxury brands and make BMW and Lexus drivers even more insufferable on the road.

I remember having to bend the tail skids down on the 172s at ERAU almost every time I went for a flight. I still have no clue how that many people could land that hard. I had my private license before college and my instructor at home was a tall lanky dude from Fargo ND. He never really spoke much but if my landing

We were doing night flight touch and go’s for practice in the pattern and landing on runway 12. It was a moonless night and it was SUPER dark. The landing lights on the 172 give you about 1 second of vision ahead of you at 40 or so knots.

Pretty obvious watching the ATC footage that Key Lime was proceeding correctly and the Cirrus overshot its turn, and is the at fault party. I’d assume, that they were focused on the Cessna they were to follow for landing and didn’t even see the Key Lime flight until too late.

Chrysler needs to move to a luxury electric vehicle at a discount price point STAT. If Dodge is going to rely on “Look at me! Rumble rumble rumble” last of the V8s crude middle finger image, thane why not cultivate Chrysler as what it’s remembered for from the 60’s, the luxury choice. Make the move to luxurious EV

Patrick Star has the correct take.

We have seen how Wall Street operates. The lower cost of batteries will NOT in any way translate to a lower MSRP car. If a profit can be made with only a little more pain for the consumer, then the profit comes first. The only way we would see a decrease in sales price is if one manufacturer, at the beginning of the

I gave up trying to change out bolts and brackets so I changed the engine. Seems fine so far. But the engine hasn’t started yet so....

I can’t believe I left out the non functioning A/C because the bracket rattled off the engine block....3 times. The last time it went in with blue loctite, STILL rattled free within a month or two. God I hate this car but I’ll never get rid of it.

Aren’t the S-Chassis fun??

As someone who has a couple hundred passes down the drag strip in various fords, these guys are idiots. Unless it’s an old Foxbody, FORDS CANT RACE.

It’s helped with my confidence, that for sure. I’m now considered an expert on these cars, which is a really weird feeling to be honest.

The engine took a while because I painted everything and simplified the vacuum system. While the car is down, I got some of the ultra rare Canada-only DRLs and I’m overhauling the nosecone. Both the turn signals and DRLs are going to run white/amber switchback LED bulbs and work as DRLs and Turn signals. I’ve

Most unreliable car? Why that would be the “Ripoff From Hell 240SX” Stef did the article on back in 2018. This is the car I bought for $3000 and found out it had been in an unreported accident. My father and I ended up rebuilding the front half of the car, frame and all. But just for fun let’s lay out what’s failed on

Wait, cars can tell you what’s wrong in simple terms? Mine still uses a weird Morse code to tell me.
