1993 Nissan 240SX Convertible. From hell.
1993 Nissan 240SX Convertible. From hell.
I could see that. Cars from this time period, so 1990-2000 or so?
True.
5th Gear: So if I HAVE to drive tomorrow (commute) do I take the 1993 convertible with no driver aids or airbags, or the 1995 sportbike with the Harley engine in it?
If I won the lottery you best bet that I would have an exact replica of Brian’s green GSX.....
See, I have the opposite feeling. I really wish there was a return to the styling of that era. I am so sick and tired of stanced and no-fucks-given designs. Riveted fenders, super widebody everything, and ultra low profile hella flush can take a dumpster dive.
I will readily admit that this movie is the reason I am into cars like I am today. I was 14 when the movie came out and saw it something like 11 times during its original run in theaters. Up until the movie came out I was interested, mildly, in muscle cars and lifted pickups. This movie introduced me to turbocharging,…
I second this.
Finding parts for a rare vehicle? Groups on Facebook should not be overlooked. The Nissan 240SX Convertible Owners Group has been great.
Oh, the frame is just the beginning of this ordeal. So far I have replace or rebuilt:
York Area. Let me know if you’re near by.
Its held up by twine but you can’t see it in the pic.
Preaching to the choir my man. Between my dad and I we have 3 1995 Buell S2 Thunderbolts. As $$$ becomes available, we go out and rescue more from people before they get turned into choppers....
All my co-workers regard my Buell S2 as my most reliable mode of transport. And this is a bike that combines a HD Sportster motor and transmission with a uniquely kit-built asthetic.....
Neither did I. I keep a pine tree on the mirror of my 240SX convertible just because its a 90's-2000's car thing to me and I like trying to keep the car 90's.
This is criminally under starred.
May I present to you the V8 Focus....
Saw the headline image and thought “Is the tC back?” Whoever designed that slab-sided rear end needs to be shot. It looked crappy on the TC and that was a car designed to look like a slab....
Yes. Yes I do. I encourage you to check out my Kinja on here or go to the quick link to read about it. It was destined for the crusher but I decided to save it.
