I counted 122 in 20 miles, but didn’t say the curves because I didn’t want some pedantic ass (NOT you) to call me out on the exact number.

Thank you. I didn’t want to respond to the troll.

Yeah. I wasn’t trying to be an ass. It’s just that in the heat of the moment, when shit goes sideways at the drag strip, the human brain doesn’t really know how to handle it all. You fall on base reactions to situations and anger is pretty base of a reaction.

Not trying to be an ass here, but do you drag race at all? Have you been involved or on track when someone you know has crashed?

Fairly sure the pacing there is his sign of concern. He is a racer, not a first responder. I would bet good money that either the safety crew told him when he got out of the car to stay back, or its covered in the driver’s meeting. You don’t stick your nose into the fray when the medics are doing their jobs. All

How were the door panels in the 240SX convertible? Over here in the USA, the things have warped to high heaven and no longer fit correctly.

Fun and pedantic note:

We need photos with the hood open. With the extra stretch I think we are looking at a straight six swap or something more exotic (V12 anyone?). If you’re adding space under the hood you need to add displacement to take advantage of it.

Great secret driving road:

May have to click-click-hold to get it to work.

Cool!

Thank you.

Owner of the car is the owner of LuLaRoe leggings, FYI.

My grandfather has one of these Cutlass Cieras (or is it the Cutlass Calais?) rusting away behind my parent’s garage. It is being taken to pasture soon to make room for storage of my project cars. I need space at my house for a minivan, because kids...and wife’s business....ungh....

See that looks OK since:

You hit the nail on the head. If one manufacturer figured out how to create an undetectable cheat device, someone is going to let it slip to employees at other manufacturers (could be engineers chatting at a seminar or executives humble-bragging at a trade show) that it exists and soon most manufacturers will have it

I will give that as a possibility. I sure hope that is the case.

I would hope. Because without.....yeesh...

What is going on with the gigantic black plastic chunk in the bottom of the rear bumper? It makes the rear end look like it has a giant mouth as well as making the back end look big and heavy. Seriously a step down against the current design.

As the owner of a Mustang with the 4.6DOHC All-Aluminum V8, I seriously want one of these to cruise in as just a mile-hog. It would make my morning commute (1.5hr ~ 60 miles) so much nicer. That motor is just so smooth and well behaved but an absolute animal when you get on it and up onto the cams.
